From our research we have discovered that we need to include a lot more dialogue then we initially thought we would include. At least half of almost every trailer we analysed featured interspersed sections of dialog in order to keep up the pace, establish a basic context and narrative arc as well as set the stakes, usually ending on an unsettling set piece that the viewer will have to pay an admission for to see. As a result, we will fill half of our trailer with diegetic conversations and monologging which, when combined with the intended 911 call, should make our trailer stand out as both consistent, cohesive and enthralling.
